Mobile Minders

Mobile Minders is Funded by the NSW Department of Education – Start Strong Pathways Program.

The service provides mobile onsite childcare to community and government organisations within the Bankstown LGA.

Mobile Minders allows parents and carers to actively engage in programs

These organisations facilitate education, health, and support programs for the local community. Mobile Minders allows parents/carers to actively engage in programs whilst their child/children are cared for by early childhood educators.

Childcare community activities, education and health programs

Mobile Minders aims to create a safe, nurturing and educational environment where children feel safe and secure enough to play, explore and learn. The childcare is undertaken in an appropriate venue in the immediate vicinity to the parents/carers.

What age group do we support?

Mobile Minders support the educational engagement of children 0-6 years old, specifically 0-3’s who are too young to receive preschool education. In recognition of a child’s first experience of separating from their parents/carers, mobile minder staff aim to create a safe, nurturing educational environment where children feel comfortable and secure enough to play, explore, and learn, as well as develop positive self-esteem and increase confidence and competence in learning.
