  • BCRG welcomes feedback, including complaints, compliments and suggestions even in the form of a complaint, in order to identify and resolve issues and facilitate opportunities for service improvement.
  • BCRG respects the rights of all individuals and stakeholders to provide comments, complaints and feedback and these will be acknowledged, respected and managed confidentially
  • All complaints will be managed fairly and without bias. People will be listened to and treated with respect.
  • You have a right to a support person or advocate when lodging feedback (including complaints, compliments and suggestions) with BCRG.
  • You may provide feedback or make a complaint anonymously, but if you wish to receive a reply or know the outcome of your complaint, please provide your name and contact details.
